J-Dub Woodworks Return & Refund Policy (Shopify + Printful)

📦 Returns & Exchanges

Because all J-Dub Woodworks apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

Please double‑check your size and color selections before completing your order.


🛠️ Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you covered.

Printful — our production partner — handles all replacements for:

  • Misprints

  • Printing defects

  • Damaged items

  • Items lost in transit

To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the problem

We’ll submit the claim to Printful and get a replacement sent out at no cost to you.


🚫 Do Not Return Items Without Authorization

Please do not send any items back to the return address on your package. Printful’s facilities do not accept unauthorized returns.

If a return is required, we will provide the correct return instructions.


📮 Wrong Address

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to the sender, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is provided.


💳 Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • A replacement cannot be fulfilled

  • The product is out of stock

  • The order was never produced due to an error on our end

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
