Order Processing

All products are made to order through Printful. Typical processing time is:

  • 2–5 business days for apparel

  • 1–3 business days for hats

Processing times may vary during holidays or high‑volume periods.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times (after production):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • product type

  • destination

  • Printful’s live shipping rates


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.


Wrong Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, the package may be returned to the sender. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is provided.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier

  • Contact us so we can assist with a claim

Printful may replace lost packages on a case‑by‑case basis.


Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size ordered

  • buyer’s remorse

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
